Wednesday August 24th.

Took the kids to the pool. Little Man is doing so great in the water! What a huge change for him! Two weeks ago he was afraid, but somehow, while on vacation, I got him to get in the pool (deep part) and splash around with me. Since then, gradually, he's a changed swimmer! He gets in and goes down the little slides and everything. He is so proud of himself, and we are too. He tells me over and over again "I SWIM!". Way to go Little Man! Princess is a little fish of course, and we are working on teaching her to swim. She's doing great too!

I ran off to work later that day. We got a Christmas sized shipment. It was ridiculous!

Thursday August 25th.

I didn't go anywhere. I take that back. I ran to Publix for diapers. I came home with sushi and diapers. I was an idiot and bought the wrong sized diapers too, but the sushi was awesome. While on vacation my hunny got me hooked. I am sticking with the cooked stuff for now. I'm loving it though! I could really go for some now!

I also spent most of the day rearranging Princess's room. She loves it, we moved her kitchen and table/chairs in there. When hunny came home Princess made a point of telling him it was all her idea. It was too funny. I'm so proud, I'm passing on the "rearrange furniture" gene to another generation!

I can not get over the price of gas. My next car is going to be a Civic or something. The van is a gasoholic and has a serious addiction. Sucks. Maybe next time we'll just live somewhere that has sidewalks and I can walk to the store or school. Yeah right.

Today is usually payday at work but due to my unpaid vacation (thanks company!) that means no check for me. I could really use that check, Gymboree is having a huge sale!! LOL!! No shopping for me though.
