I know it's been forever since I've blogged, but I figured I might as well get the hang of this again, since I'm due fairly soon and it's the easiest way for me to keep everyone up to date about the new baby and all that stuff. Babies grow fast!
On Sunday an incredible friend, Jessica, threw me the best shower!! She put so much effort into it and it turned out gorgeous. The food was great, the games were fun (thanks Carmen!) the decorations were pretty and the whole party was great! The party was held at a clubhouse in the area. It was really nice!

course we had to play the "measure the belly" game LOL, which Hunny was amazingly close!! He didn't win though!

course we had to play the "measure the belly" game LOL, which Hunny was amazingly close!! He didn't win though! I got lots of great baby goodies, like lavender baby bath, onesies (including a cute sailor one and honu/seaturtle one!), a high chair/booster and some very cute and fuzzy blankets. :)
It was great hanging out with great friends and I'm very thankful for having such awesome people in my life. This is the part where I go into the whole military wife thing...where we have to "build" our own support groups since we are all so far from our own families. It really is amazing how we all come together to support each other and I couldn't do this whole Navy thing without such great friends around. So thank you to my fellow wives!
Also, clearly I do not have this blog/picture thing figured out so I'm sorry it look so out of wack. But hey, I did actually update it...so I'm making progress!!
